Movie Review: Colombiana – A young lady matures to turn into a stone-cold assassin after observing her parents’ murder growing up in Bogota. She is employed by her uncle as a hitman by day, yet her private time is expended participating in vigilante murders that she hopes will lead her to her supreme goal – the mobster to blame for her parents’ killing. This is really an action motion picture, first and foremost and the momentum goes along efficiently enough to never fritter away any chance at seeing a fantastic action sequence. Zoe Saldana is right in the title part and she totally does a good enough job anchoring the motion picture. The same cannot actually be said in regards to the other parts of the picture. I’d rather not suggest that it was terrible, because it truly was not. But some of the acting range was wildly uneven, and the story appeared to be slim at times.
Plus some of the motion picture seemed to be positively implausible. One particular scene that absolutely stood out to me was the scene when Saldana’s character informs her uncle that she chooses to be a killer. The man tries to influence her to change her mind by getting out a gun and aiming at a moving automobile in broad daytime! In front of people! Download free movies.
Finally notwithstanding a few worries considering the lack of character progression as well as sometimes feeble storyline, I thought it was ultimately pretty entertaining, which was incredibly surprising. This is basically the kind of film that you drop your mind at the entry, find the munchies, and enjoy a good time seeing Colombiana.
